WORK OUT & IN
Now, we know everyone likes to get moving at different times of the day. Some of us are morning joggers, others are midnight yogis, and still some others like to get their reps in between calls… We won’t tell. Especially when the gym is right down the hall from our shared work space.
With an ideal commute in under one minute, our co-working space lets you tick off your to-do list in comfort so you can work from home without taking work home. Brainstorm with colleagues, hop on a video call, or find some quiet to knock stuff out. Then leave it all at the elevator door.

It’s when the day draws to a close that The Eades really comes to life. Rising to the occasion, our rooftop lounge is where all the action happens – from socials to events. Meet as neighbours over drinks with a big view; leave as part of a community with a view to achieving big things.
For evenings that call for something a little more personal, our rooftop dining room combines the privacy of your four walls with the elevated atmosphere of a night on the town. Book it to celebrate promotions, engagements, or just to show off as chef. And after the meal, enjoy drinks outside – in the lounge or further afield.
Our list of local haunts and boozers of Walthamstow has something for every type of tippler. Try Mother’s Ruin Gin Palace for deliciously crafted cocktails and the Nag’s Head for a proper pint. Or hop on the tube and see where the night takes you. Two minutes from The Eades, the Victoria line puts you in Central London in less than twenty.
